The Oxford 9 room House KIT. Central stair treads with hallway, 9 rooms plus hallways. Ready made quality Wooden Front Door. Room sizes 14" (350mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep x from 81/2" to 10" (220mm) ceiling heights. Hallway 8" wide x 15"deep.

Attic rooms 16" (400mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep 9" (225mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep. The room dividers can be placed where you wish to have them to create the room size you wish. Internal walls come with pre-cut holes for standard internal doors. This is a solid house 9mm thick board easy to put together. Overall Size 1150mm high (45") high x 1150mm (45") wide x 500mm (19) deep. All our houses are made from 9mm MDF (external and internal walls) 6mm backs and are designed and built by us in Carmarthenshire, Wales by Dolls House Direct.
